Sick kid

Today, Jim stayed home in the morning to take Reagan to the doctor. Unfortunately, Reagan was just sick enough that he asked us to keep her out of school for 48 hours. UGH! So I left work around lunch time to take the second half of the day. She was very clingy but fortunately took a nap for me. She didn't have the flu, just some nasty cough/cold that she was not able to kick on her own. I'm hoping that she'll get rid of her fever by the morning so she can go back to school on Thursday.

Elephant is always said "phft" (very short and sweet). Not really sure why she does that now, but she does.

Goofy looks

Reagan is starting to get some pretty neat facial expressions. She gets such a playful look on her face at times - it's hard not to laugh. She also has figured out how to "stick out her lip". How does that happen? She is getting so grown up right before my very eyes - it's scary. Wasn't she just born? Hmmm. Can we stop time at all? (then I remember we're potty training...) :)

My kid refuses to sleep

I don't get it. She just won't go to sleep. For the last month, she just refuses to go to bed. Does this mean that she may be ready to not take a nap during the day? This early? All I know is it drives me batty that she is still going 100 mph right now... I need to sleep.

Guess I'm calling the doctor to find out when this happens.
