Jumparoo

She’s getting airborne. Not only that, when she’s jumping, she tries to reach up and get the bird that dangles above her head. She can’t quite reach it yet, but she’s getting there.

Standing in ExerSaucer

Today was the first day she stood up completely in her saucer. She’s has been getting better about reaching up for things above her. Today, she stood up with purpose and reached for one of the bugs that hang from the arch on the toy.

Sushi and play

I finally got some sushi!! It tasted so good. I must say I missed it more than I realized. Mmmmmm. After Emily and I took the babies out for sushi, we went back to her house to let the babies play and go for a walk. I think we’ve successfully set our kids up to date at least until they are about one. Ha ha. We joke constantly that they are boyfriend and girlfriend. I guess there is no harm while they don’t have a clue what it means.

Sleep

She slept all night – 10pm til 7am. Oh My!
She woke up in the middle of the night (about 1 am) and I just put her pacifier back in her mouth. She took that and slept the rest of the night.

Good day

Emily and Paul came over today to hang out. The kids (it’s weird to say that) were intrigued by each other. Little Sean was cooing and laughing at Reagan and Reagan would smile and reach for him. The decided they wanted to play the piano together – boy was the cute. The two of them played their own version of a duet together.

Feeling Fat today

Okay – I have to tell on myself. I’ve been trying to get the “baby weight” off as most of you know. With that said, today I took Reagan out back to hang out in the sun. She played in her ExerSaucer and I watched and gabbed on the phone. At some point, I decided to move from the concrete steps to one of our folding chairs to watch her play. I started to call my dad and I seemed to shrink rather quickly – then BOOM! I fell through the stupid chair and not only that – I was STUCK!!!! In my defense, these chairs are not real sturdy and they are old. But that really doesn’t make me feel any better about my weight. UGH.
So I called for Jim to come help me. Of course, he gave me grief until I yelled – I NEED HELP! He came down the steps and turned towards where I was and just busted out laughing. And then there were the pictures. :) Enjoy.
