Eating with a fork?
So odd. For some reason lately, she's been wanting to eat with utensils. It's not that we haven't wanted her to, but just that she doesn't do it consistently. Today, she refused to eat her lunch without one. How funny. Now I've probably jinxed myself.

She's sick :(
This morning my little stinky woke up with goopy eyes and a really gross cough. She's had a stuffy nose and a cough for a while now, but we kept hoping that she would kick it. No dice.
So Jim took her in today and she has a sinus infection. Yea team!

Kid pit and kissing hands
Today Jim and I wandered out of the house to do a bunch of errands. I think in a way we had a little bit of cabin fever, but we also had a TON to get done. We took off and went to the mall. We did some quick shopping and headed over to the "kit pit" in the mall.
Reagan ran herself ragged. It was awesome. Jim even convinced her to go head first down the slide a few times. That caught on and other kids did the same.
Jim and I noticed something odd she did - she kissed both of her hands before trying to go up a slide or down. Why? I wonder what makes her do that. It's almost like a superstition. Odd.

Thumbs up
Today, when we picked Reagan up from school, she gave us the thumbs up. Odd - I've never seen her do that. She gets an excited look on her face and says something like "good job mommy" and give the thumbs up.
What is UP with that?!

Reagan the Magician
Reagan must be a magician. I went upstairs tonight because she just wouldn't settle down. She was so fussy. When I got upstairs, she was sitting up in bed crying about her jeans. Odd. I got closer to her bed and realized that she was holding a pair of jeans. I took them out of her hands and picked her up. She was crying about her clothes. I looked down and found all sorts of clothes in her bed - socks, shirts, pants.
So the weird thing about that is that there weren't that many clothes in her hamper to begin with. So how did she get all of those (including socks) in her bed. Hmmm.
Not only that, but a few weeks back, she did the same thing with a bunch of stuffed animals on her floor. She had figured out a way to get those into her bed as well. Any ideas?

Snwoing days again
It's snowed again here in KY. We got about 4-6 inches yesterday in total, depending on where you were in the tristate area. We took both the girls out sledding and had a blast. Reagan didn't get much into doing snow angels, but she LOVED going down the hill on the sled. And she did it over and over again by herself. :)

Are You My Mother?
The book has officially resurfaced in my house. For a while last fall, she LOVED that book. We had to read it every night. But since she figured out we had two copies of it (oops), we now have to "match". She'll sit down on the foot stool while I read to her from the rocking chair. She gets so excited when we are on the same page "we match!". Not only that, we've done it enough now that she's reading to me the book. Too cute!
