Happy Easter! Today was an awesome day!
Mom and I got up early and headed to church to sing and play for both services. We left Jim and Dad home to take care of Reagan and get to church by the second service. Jim wore a tie to church.
Reagan was so funny. We picked her up from her class and she walked out saying Happy Easter to everyone she ran into. The other good news - she actually asked to go potty a couple times. The teacher said she even tried to coax another little girl to try even though she was clearly still in diapers. So sweet. :)
We got home and had our own little egg hunt. She was hilarious. Jim and filled the eggs with jelly beans and chocolate. She went crazy. Every time she found an egg, she screamed and shook the eggs saying "there's jelly beans in there"!
It took her a while, but she found her basket too. That just had a few stuffed toys, but she was just as excited.
Right now she's in bed, but she is babbling away. I think she had WAY too much candy today. We'll see how long it takes her to drop off to sleep. At least she's happy and singing church songs. :) Love that!

Easter Eggs and More
Today we took Reagan on her first Easter Egg hunt at our church. We got there at 12:30 pm and watched a magic show. It was really cute. She didn't get into that as much, but she did enjoy the music. She played quietly in the sanctuary with us while we watched the show. After the show, we grabbed a bag and went with a bunch of other kids to look for eggs.
The church did a fantastic job of organizing it. They kids had a TON of eggs to look for and most of the kids were nice. All the parents kept track of the kids well. It was a nice experience.
Reagan had a blast looking for eggs. She really got a kick out of looking for them. We collected fourteen and then went to claim her prize - a goody bag.
On the way out the door, she giggled. We went home with chocolate in hand and an awesome experience. I hope they do this again next year.

That's my song Mommy
I was singing songs to Reagan tonight before bed and she looked up as I was singing "Amazing Grace" and said "that's my song Mommy right?"
I about cried. *sniff sniff*

Baby C
I'm so done with morning sickness. I can't stand it. Ugh.
Oh well. I'm 10+ weeks at this point and seem to be doing ok. There isn't a day that goes by that I feel "good", just "ok". My mom said that's how she was with me the entire pregnancy. Nothing real bad, just never felt good.
Awesome! 29+ weeks and counting. :)

Sucking on her hand?
I haven't figured out when it started, but Reagan sucks on her hand at night. THe last few nights, I've had to get up with her. And when she's soothing herself back to sleep, she puts all her fingers in her mouth. So odd.
Every once in a while, we'll see her suck her thumb. It is extremely rare. But the fingers thing is every night. Hmmm.
