For some reason, Maddy loves electronic-type stuff. Today we were hanging in the kitchen and I told Jordan that she'd crawl for anything that resembled an electronic (remote, phone, ipod, computer, anything silver like a tool). She put her phone on the ground and Maddy immediately pulled herself over her feet and grabbed it. No hesitation.
Now, if you put a doll out there... no dice. Hmm, wonder where she gets that from?

Maddy loves puppets too
I'm sittin ghere with Maddy watching a Baby Einstein video. I can't remember which one - but it's the early one with the puppets. She LOVES the puppets. Matter of fact, she likes the same ones that Reagan did. Cracks me up. She just hangs out in the exersaucer until the puppets get on the screen and then she lights up. She stands straight up and then just giggles. I love it.
Size six for a three-year old
I honestly think that this is insane. Reagan is wearing a size six and she's not even three and a half. She's close, but not quite there yet. How odd. She's about 38 pounds and almost 40 inches tall. I should probably measure her. Either way, she's solid kid. Tonight, I went to pick up another suit for her, because her 4T was even too small. Sigh... The sales person suggested a six because of her size. Um, I was really already shocked I had to get a five. I got it home and WOW - it fits!!!! My kid's growing up on me way too fast.

Reagan and the Couch
Tonight, Reagan and Jordan were playing in the living room. Jordan was chasing Reagan at her request - they were having a bunch of fun. All of a sudden, Jim and I heard this horrible cry. Jordan started getting upset. Reagan came running. She had literally run into the side of the couch and smacked her right cheek on the corner. OUCH!! It was cut and bleeding a little bit and already bruising by the time she got to me. She had big tears falling - I felt so bad.

Rub my back
Ever since Reagan started in Pre-K1, she's asked for us to rub her back as we put her to bed. This is good and bad... good, because it is totally relaxing. Bad because I fall asleep in her bed with her. Well, honestly that is not that bad. I get to snuggle with my girl all night. Bad because my back usually ends up dorked up. :)
Maddy's pulling over
She's been trying so hard the last several days to pull over and crawl. Today, she finally pulled herself all the way over and onto her stomach. I did have to coax her a bit - with electronics. Figures. She loves the remote, the computer, the phone or the camera. Anything else is too boring for her to move for. Hmmm. Wonder where she gets that from. :)
Our first stroller ride
It was finally nice enough... and I finally had alone time to take Maddy out for a stroller ride. As I thought, she fell asleep. But she did fight it. We walked, looked at the birds and giggled before she fell asleep. It was really nice.
