Woo hooo. It's time to celebrate. Reagan went all day and did not soil her diapers - she went in the potty all day. #1 and #2!!! She was so excited when I got there that she was screaming at me - "I pee pee and poo poo in the potty Mommy!!!!!"
I love it!

Slept in :)
We all slept in today except Jim. He had to get up to go to a prayer meeting at church. I slept in thinking Reagan would wake me up. Nope. She didn't. I woke up rested at 8:15 am. Ahhhhhh. I went upstairs to get her up and she was still snoring. Amazing. She woke up saying "I love my daddy"! :)

St. Patty's Day nightmares
Reagan could not sleep tonight - she kept seeing leprechauns in her room. I actually had to go and hold her until she fell asleep. I had to keep telling them to go away and let her sleep. Wow!

Morning sickness sucks
By the way, morning sickenss is not just in the morning - it's at night too. Ugh! Mine usually happens right after dinner and lasts until I just go to sleep. I guess that's not a bad thing - I'll get more shut-eye in the next few months. :) And I won't eat as much because I can't keep anything down. Woo hoo. Ugh.

8 weeks and counting already
So today I went to the OBGYN and had my first pregnancy check up. I am further along than I thought - I'm eight weeks. Woo hooo. I was so sick by the time I got to the doctor, they put me back in a room so I could lay down. I was so thankful.
The exam was fine. The cool thing was that we did get to have an ultrasound. We saw the baby and something else. Apparently we had two embros (babies) that were developing. One, at one point, stopped developing. There was evidence of it - you could see a complete sac with a membrane separating it from the fetus that was still alive. The doctor called that a vanishing twin. HOLY COW. A twin? What?
Jim and I were totally joking about having twins and how much our lives would change. Neither one of us wanted twins either - I'm scared to have a second one myself. Needless to say, I'm a bit sad and overwhelmed but happy that I have one healthy fetus right now. :)

Sick sick sick
Oh wow - today I had the worse stomach thing. Jim and I both thought it was morning sickness :), but I figured out by the end of today that it had to be a stomach bug. I was up and down so fast that I couldn't see straight. I slept all day, anything I ate came up. The doctor even gave me some anti-nausea medication and I threw that up within 30 minutes. It was just awful. Ugh!

Crazy lunch
Today, Reagan asked to eat eggs for lunch. While that may not seem amazing, Jim has been waiting for the day that she does (it's been a year). Her lunch, today, consisted of eggs, mac n cheese, grapes, stawberries, Jim's pizza and Jim's apple. Everytime Jim gets something else out to eat, Reagan claims it as hers. He heee
