This morning I dropped Reagan off at school. Today they were going to have their in-class Halloween party. We got all the way to school and EVERY KID and EVERY ADULT had on a costume. Hmmm. Not Reagan!
We walked and she was very tentative going into her class - she kept looking at me. The only thing I thought of was "bad mommy". I had no idea that it was a dress up day - nobody warned me. Ugh.
Her teacher was nice. She said "we'll just put her in our dress up clothes if you want...". Yea Right! I said "no thanks" and told her that I'd be back and fast!
I raced home - driving much faster than I should on the curvy roads. Got home, lept upstairs, grabbed the costume and ran back out the door.
I got back to school and Reagan was eating donuts. Yummy snack and she told me so. She finally let me put her into her cute lil' witch costume and I was off. Whew!
Not so bad mommy now.
