I went to the doctor today for my 6-week checkup and he said "well, okay, you can go to full weight bearing". I said "are you serious?". When he said yes, I thought I would cry. Seriously. I'm so happy. Not only that, but I only have to wear the boot one more week. Wow!
So the catch is - I'm gonna be sore, swollen and in some pain over the next month or so. But he said by the time I go back to see him I should be doing very well. I see him one day before my birthday. Yea!!!
